After dissolved gas analysis (DGA) trending and extensive testing and monitoring of the 4.16kV/480V 3MVA transformer it was determined that the old transformer was gassing and could not be salvaged thus requiring replacement.  Ener-Phase engineered and fabricated secondary side bus links, procured the new transformer, installed, tested and safely energized the new transformer which gave back the redundancy and reliability to the clients process.
